CK Advocates is a corporate and commercial law practice based in Nairobi, advising businesses and financial institutions in Kenya and across East Africa.
Our work is transactional and advisory. We act on company formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, banking and security documentation, commercial contracts, and property transactions. We advise regulated institutions on authorisation and continuing compliance, and boards on their governance, data protection and intellectual property obligations.

Kangaya holds an LLB from Strathmore University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Kenya School of Law. He is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), an ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementor, and a member of the Law Society of Kenya. He is currently pursuing the Certified Secretaries course.
