Kangaya A. Cerullo

Advocate of the High Court of Kenya

Kangaya A. Cerullo is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over five years’ experience advising fintech, financial services, and corporate clients across African and European markets. He combines strong regulatory expertise with commercial acumen, and is a trusted advisor to executive and board-level leadership.

His practice spans Corporate & Commercial Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Contract Law, Financial Services Law & Banking and Finance, Compliance & Governance, IP Law, Conveyancing, and Immigration Law.

Kangaya holds an LLB from Strathmore University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Kenya School of Law. He is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), an ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementor, and a member of the Law Society of Kenya. He is currently pursuing the Certified Secretaries course.
